How Does ClearV Work?
ClearV uses a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser wavelength that is selectively absorbed by the hemoglobin inside unwanted blood vessels. This level of precision is especially important when treating periorbital veins, as the skin around the eyes is thin and delicate. As we age, collagen levels decline and the skin becomes thinner, making blue veins under the eyes more visible.
The laser energy converts to heat, causing the targeted vein to coagulate and collapse while leaving the surrounding tissue unharmed. Over time, the body naturally reabsorbs the treated blood vessel, allowing under-eye veins to fade gradually and restoring a brighter, more refreshed appearance without surgery or significant downtime.
